As facility agent we don't send out chaser emails. 5 days before month end a PIK/Toggle selection is completed by the borrower through our portal and the loan security master is updated immediately.

Lenders are immediately notfied of the PIK/Toggle election, informed of their period interest and new loan balance. All loan docs are then uploaded to the master dataroom.
