When you use LedgerComm as agent, everyone has their own portal for uploading and receiving data. Lenders, borrowers, fund admins, PE sponsors and loan agents all get access to the data they need. 

Integrated KYC is a huge USP. A network infrastructure allows users to share key KYC and counterparty information between themselves opening the door to all to all trading in loans. By allowing users to control their own KYC details we derisk agents and eliminate rekeying errors.
